We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER FAQ’s:

  • Is it possible to cancel an order?
    : You can cancel an order before the start of Delivery, by contacting our customer support team.But its not possible to cancel after the Delivery. Kindly contact us via Phone or Whatsapp at +4552175675 and confirm the cancellation.
  • If I received and product which has crossed the expiry date / defective / damaged etc, how can I get it replaced or return?
    : We always have 100% quality products and do periodic quality check , so it is unlikely to have an expired or defective product getting delivered. But, in case if you are not satisfied with any product for any reasons, you can return it to our Delivery Representative at time of delivery itself or you can contact or call to our customer support number at at +4552175675 and we will do the needful.
  • What is the Return Policy?
    : If you do not want a product you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery and the products should be in as it is condition when you received, so we can either exchange or equivalent e-voucher on your account. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange for pickup of product.
  • Is it possible to add or remove products after Oder placement?
    : After the order has been placed successful, you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification, so we can try to do our possible.
  • Can I Modify the order after the order placement / Check out?
    : No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the order has been placed. However, you may contact our customer service number +4552175675 and they will try and accommodate whatever possible during that time. But still, if the order has been dispatched, then no modifications are possible.
