Khakhras are made from Mat bean, wheat flour and oil. Khakhra is a thin cracker, considered as most preferred breakfast item to be had along with tea and milk. Khakhra can be had with pickle or chutney. Applying melted ghee and sprinkle chat masala over the khakhra gives a yummy sour flavor.
