Description
The use of foliage, including grinding the leaves in a spice for flavor soups and curries! Bay leaves have a very strong effect on the gastrointestinal system, both stimulating urination as a diuretic, which reduces the body’s toxicity, but also stimulates vomiting (as noble) when something toxic has been consumed.
Bay Leaves have a mild and sweet taste with hints of pine and lemon. To use, tear into several large pieces – the torn edge imparts the flavour espc for vegetarian curry and chicken/meat dishes.
